Episode 3 of Tailgate Rivals Season 7 is a good one to put on before a Texas Tech home game. The show sends video crews to college tailgates across the country to sample the food, meet the people and pit them against each other.

Texas Tech is in Lubbock. In the AP poll published Oct. 4, the Red Raiders were No. 11 and 5-0, up one spot from the week before.
